Today’s Workout: Nothing Special
My original plan today was to do an hour of Yoga. Instead Sara and I decided to have breakfast at Boom Breakfast. I missed my Body Flow class so decided to do 40 min on the elliptical.
I stepped it up a notch after 6 minutes when I realized my heart rate wasn’t above 140. I’m glad I ended up doing this anyways, since the 580 cals I burned today is way more than if I did Yoga.
